Consumptive Use

Harnden Environmental is experienced in evaluating engineering analysis of consumptive uses of ground water withdrawals. This includes large-scale municipal projects for water supply. Our staff has assessed ground water withdrawals with Geographic Information Systems in order to document and avoid potential wetland impacts. These assessments are utilized in Consumptive Use Permitting. Additionally, we have experience in implementing monitoring plans for groundwater protection. We have successfully established and monitored municipal service areas for wetland impacts with pressure sensor arrays and vegetative assessments.
