Environmental Assessments

We have extensive experience producing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for roadway, aviation, and communications projects.  NEPA dictates that all potential impacts and issues be documented for a proposed project. This process results in the creation of Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and Findings of No Significant Impact (FNOSI). The procedure also includes extensive coordination with local, state, and federal regulatory staff. We were heavily involved in the production of large Project, Development &Environmental (PD&E) roadway projects for several years.

Environmental assessments include the evaluation of large projects that target to transfer older neighborhoods from aging septic systems to regional sewer systems to protect ground water and downstream aquatic resources from nutrient impacts.
